Life Coaching

I am a Life Coach, certified by the Aegean University. I have successfully completed and obtained the “Aegean University Coaching, Counseling & Mentoring” (2016-2018) programme and diploma.

I have been working -these last years- either on a person-to-person basis, or with groups, with people who face problems in their personal or professional relationships, women who find it difficult to reconciliate with their female energy, men and women who need help in order to allow their personal development and self-confidence and esteem etc. I usually combine techniques, to create custom programmes, of varied rhythms and duration, to ensure the best results according to each person.

It is my personal belief and conviction, that life belongs to those who have or try to cultivate the courage to claim Life with passion. I create every day -with these people- tools that allow them to use their energies, and potential so as to achieve what they really need.
