Meditative techniques
The great Osho says about meditation that "If you want to live a more fulfilled life, first you will want to know your potential, who you really are. Meditation is the route to that knowing. It is the methodology of the science of awareness."
"Meditation is adventure, the greatest adventure the human mind can undertake" would many people say. Through my own adventure around the globe, amongst all kinds of people, and cultures -an adventure that began when I was born- I have imbibed so many challenges and sorrows that I've decided to walk the path of meditation. Somewhere on that path, I had the huge luck of meeting Osho. From that moment, my life really changed. I experienced Metamorphosis myself. Going to India, and participating to Osho's sessions allowed me to find my rhythm and inner harmony.
Witnessing the benefits of meditation and meditative techniques on my own self, I then decided to cultivate it in order to be able to share it with other people. The wisdom and inner peace that I have acquired, allow me to expand my consciousness through both individual and group sessions of meditation taking place at the Metamorphosis Centre.
